Dubai Welcomes Back Tourists

Dubai opens its borders to tourists and business visitors for the first time since the onset of the Covid-19 outbreak.

The city of infinite possibility will welcome visitors while continuing its commitment to assure the safety and well-being of all as an utmost priority.

The emirate will be following the guidance from the World Health Organisation in order to keep cases of the virus down to a minimum.

Visitors will be able to enjoy their holidays, including experiencing Dubai’s leading attractions immediately, from desert safaris, learning about its Arabian culture and heritage through to visiting the tallest building in the world, the Burj Khalifa.

Meanwhile,  Dubai government authorities launch the Dubai Assured stamp to demonstrate to visitors that each hotel, restaurant, retail outlet, and attraction is compliant with the strict safety and hygiene measures, in line with international health and safety standards and protocols.

The Dubai Assured stamp is issued to all compliant hotels, retail, F&B, and attractions following a health and safety verification process implemented in collaboration with the Department of Tourism and Commerce Marketing (Dubai Tourism), Department of Economic Development, and Dubai Municipality.

The stamp is a visual identity to allow establishments to showcase their adherence to health and safety through their various marketing communication channels. The initiative is designed to assure tourists and residents that establishments in Dubai have adopted all the necessary precautionary measures and the highest safety standards and protocols to stop the spread of COVID-19.
